Smoked Certified Angus Beef Brisket
Slow-smoked for 16 hours over a blend of Hickory, White Oak, and Red Oak, our Certified Angus Beef brisket is packed with rich, smoky flavor and melts in your mouth with every bite. Each slice is served with our signature house-made BBQ sauce—a perfect balance of sweetness and boldness to complement the deep flavors of the brisket. We have paired it with our Baked Potato Bar, which features jumbo Idaho potatoes loaded with Cabot cheddar, seasoned sour cream, and green onions. Want to take it up a notch? Warming Instructions: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove the steak from the refrigerator and allow it to sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
Add 1-2 ounces of water to the perimeter of the dish. This helps to create steam and keep the meat moist during reheating.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil to further retain moisture.
Warm in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Allow the meat to rest for a few minutes before serving. This helps maintain its juices and enhances flavor.
